INTUNE
Join us for 4 hours of embodiment, Movement, meditation, breathwork, icebath, amazing space and transformative summer experience in Nof Yam (Sidna Ali Beach).
During this half day retreat, experience a meaningful, fun and releasing guidance inviting you to deepen your connection with yourself through different practices.
You will gain deeper connection and balance with the body and the mind, releasing and revitalizing practices that can be integrated into your daily life, supporting your live with greater space for goodness, less tension and greater joy and connection.
The experience is offered to individuals as well as couples, families and more.
WORKSHOPS:
THERAPEUTIC MOVEMENT
The thing that prevents us from connecting more to our body is our mind. In this workshop we will learn how to guide the mind to a deeper listening of the body, so that we can support ourselves to release and awaken the mind and body in a nourishing way instead of from a demanding way. The session contains a lot of joyful exercises that support freedom of expression, playfulness, empowerment, and connection.

ICE BATHS
An ice bath, or cold water immersion (CWI), is a type of cold water therapy that involves immersing your body in ice water for about 5-15 minutes.1 It’s a type of cryotherapy, which is exposing your body to very cold temperatures for a short period of time.
People have used ice baths for centuries because of their possible therapeutic health benefits. Ice baths may help reduce muscle soreness, reduce pain, and improve mood. but current research is limited.2 Here’s what to know before you take the icy plunge.

9:30-11h – Embodiment self exploration through awakening movement session.
11.00-11:30 – Break & Launch
11:30 – 11:45 – Meditative Breathwork
11:45 – 12:45 – Ice bath and Sauna
